D.Pharmacy or Diploma in pharmacy is an under graduate diploma course cin the medical field of pharmacy . Pharmacy is a medical field involved in the preparation,dispensing and use of medcation for therapentic purpose. There is no specialization in D.pharmacy and the course only provides the basic concepts of pharmaceutical science.
Career Scope
After finishing diploma successfully in pharmacy , one will be registered as pharmacist by Pharmacy Counsil of India (PCI). One will receive a license to open a medical store & one can one can also join practice as registerd pharmacist . D. Pharmacy holder can also join in government job as pharmacist in government hospitals.
